• Order info: Minecraft username, Discord username, optional email.
• Payment info: Collected and processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number, CVC, or bank credentials.
• Technical: Basic request logs (IP, timestamps) for security and fraud prevention.

2. How We Use It

Solely to fulfill your order, verify payment, communicate about delivery, and prevent fraud. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

3. Sharing

We share data only with (a) Stripe (payment processing), (b) Discord (server-membership verification), and (c) law enforcement when legally required.

4. Data Security

Order records are stored in a database with row-level security. Only the site operator can access order details through a password-protected admin area. Traffic is encrypted via HTTPS. However, no system is 100% secure.

5. Retention

Order records are retained as long as necessary for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes (typically up to 7 years in accordance with US IRS record-keeping guidance).

6. Your Rights (US Residents)

Depending on your state (e.g. California CCPA/CPRA, Virginia VCDPA, Colorado CPA), you may have the right to access, delete, or opt out of the "sale" of your personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise rights, contact us via Discord.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA). If we learn we have, we will delete it.

8. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies/session storage for admin authentication and checkout functionality. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
