Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

Donut Exchange sells digital in-game virtual currency. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Incorrect Minecraft username provided at checkout.
• In-game account bans, wipes, resets, or loss of items after delivery.
• Server downtime, rule changes, or shutdown of the game or SMP.
• Duplicate purchases made by the buyer.

By completing checkout you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is non-refundable and waive any right to a refund, return, or chargeback.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute against a delivered order is considered fraud. All chargebacks will be contested with Stripe using order records, and the associated Minecraft account and buyer information may be permanently banned from future purchases.

Delivery Issues

If your order has been paid but not delivered, contact us via Discord with your order ID and we will complete delivery. Non-delivery is resolved by fulfilling the order, not by refund.
