By accessing Donut Exchange ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable US federal, state, or local law.
Donut Exchange facilitates the delivery of in-game virtual currency for the "Donut SMP" Minecraft server. Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and is delivered as a service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang, Microsoft, or the Donut SMP server operators. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.
Use of virtual currency purchased through Donut Exchange may violate the terms of service of the Donut SMP server or third-party game operators. You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any consequences (including account bans) resulting from your use of delivered virtual goods.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a licensed US money transmitter. We do not store payment card data. All prices are in US Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Orders are delivered manually, typically within a few hours. You must provide an accurate Minecraft username. Delivery requires you to be a member of our linked Discord server.

You may not: (a) use the Service for money laundering or any illegal purpose; (b) chargeback fraudulently; (c) resell delivered currency in violation of game rules; (d) access the admin area without authorization.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located therein.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
